Lab report moved to Friday
Early concept / founding beta
Never miss what changed in class.
ClassSignal is a student-created class memory for the details that get said out loud, changed at the last minute, or buried in the wrong place.
Student-created information. Not official school communication.
Bring Speak tomorrow
Quiz covers sections 4.1–4.3
The missing layer
The important update is often the one that never reaches the dashboard.
The date changed out loud
The quiz moved, but the old date is still sitting in the class system.
You were absent for the context
The assignment exists online. The explanation that made it make sense does not.
The detail is buried
What to bring tomorrow is somewhere between an announcement, a group chat, and somebody’s memory.
Since you were gone
Come back to the changes, not a wall of notifications.
A concise catch-up feed could show what classmates heard, what changed, and how confident the class is—without pretending any update is official.
World History
Friday discussion will use pages 84–91, not the full chapter.
Confirmed by classmates
Chemistry
Bring goggles for the reaction lab tomorrow.

Correction submitted: essay outline is optional, not due.
Disputed / correction submitted
Trust is visible
A class memory should show what it knows—and what it doesn’t.
More than one student heard or saw the same change.
A useful heads-up that still needs another classmate to confirm it.
Students disagree, so the update stays visibly uncertain.
ClassSignal would never replace Google Classroom, Schoology, a teacher, or official school announcements. Students should always verify important information through official channels.
Not another planner
Official tools hold assignments. ClassSignal tests whether students need the context around them.

Help shape the first test
Join the first school pilot.
We’re testing the problem before building the product. Your response helps decide whether ClassSignal deserves a first version.

Privacy by default
A school pilot should not need your whole school life.
Minimal signup.Email, grade level, one pain category, and two optional answers.
No public directory. No searchable schools, student profiles, schedules, or class lists in this concept.
Student-created, clearly labeled.ClassSignal would complement—not replace—official communication.
Questions
Before you join.
Is ClassSignal another homework planner?
No. The idea is a lightweight class memory for changes and context that students hear in class but official tools often miss.
Are updates official?
No. Updates would be student-created and could be wrong. Confirmation and correction states would show uncertainty, and official school communication would remain the source of truth.
What are you building right now?
Nothing beyond this early concept. We are testing whether the problem is common enough to justify a small school pilot.
What information does the pilot form collect?
Email, grade level, the type of class update you miss most, and two optional answers. We do not ask for schedules, teacher names, academic grades, birthdays, or addresses.
What keeps slipping through the cracks?
Help us test a better way to remember what changed in class.
